Cancellation Policy:

More than 24 hours' notice: If you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice, you will receive a full refund.

Less than 24 hours' notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Rescheduling Policy:

If you need to reschedule your appointment, your original booking fee will be refunded at 50%, and a new appointment must be booked with full payment required for the new slot.
